Is your food truly formulated for large, active dogs?

Yes. Fidelis Nutritionals diets are specifically crafted by PhD animal nutritionists and food processing professionals to help keep large family dogs like yours healthy, active and alert.

Can your diets be fed to smaller dogs?

Absolutely. We realize that many of our customers also have smaller furry family members too. For smaller dogs, we suggest that you feed ½ cup for every 10 pounds of body weight per day.

Are your raw meat-based diets and treats safe?

Yes. Select cuts of raw beef and chicken are non-thermally pasteurized using high-pressure processing (HPP). During HPP, cold water under very high pressure kills microorganisms that cause spoilage, so there’s no need for chemical preservatives. The protein in the meat isn’t degraded because no heat is applied. So you can rest assured that the food and treats you’re feeding are both nourishing and safe.

Is a raw diet healthier for my dog?

Yes. Most dry kibble is produced at high temperature and pressure, which reduces the bioavailability of key nutrients dogs need to thrive. The same is true for many commercial wet foods. In contrast, Fidelis Nutritionals recipes consist of minimally processed ingredients. They’re prepared without meat, poultry or fish meals, peas, lentils, potatoes, GMOs, artificial preservatives, colors or flavors.

How do you ensure the quality of your soft chew supplements?

Every Fidelis Nutritionals supplement formula is veterinarian or PhD nutritionist reviewed and prepared at an FDA-registered facility in the United States. Incoming ingredients are rigorously tested for purity, and all the nutritional statements on our labels are tested by a third-party lab.

Why are your collagen chews better than rawhide for dogs?

Rawhide is a by-product of the leather industry, which means it’s difficult to digest and often treated with harsh chemicals you don’t want your dog to consume. Collagen, in contrast, is a type of protein that is easily broken down by your pet’s digestive system. In fact, it’s a metabolic “building block” that’s naturally found in your dog's skin, fur, bones, tendons, cartilage, gut lining, nails and more.

Yes. Select “One-time purchase” for the items you want to buy. Once you’ve filled your shopping cart, enter Guest when you proceed to checkout.

How will you notify me about the status of my subscription orders?

Our team will email you when your next supply of Fidelis Nutritionals products is automatically reordered. We’ll send you a second email when that order ships.

How do I change the date my shipment is sent?

Please contact us at info@fidelispet.com and we will update your subscription plan.

How do I skip a scheduled delivery?
  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Click the name of a product to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select PAUSE to discontinue delivery for 30 days. 
  4. Go back to the Subscriptions page and repeat these steps for every product you want to pause.
  5. Later on, you can change your order back to the original plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Click the name of a product to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select CANCEL.
  4. For every product you wish to cancel, go back to the Subscriptions page and repeat these steps. 
  5. If you change your mind later, go to the Shopping Page and pick the products you want, selecting SUBSCRIBE & SAVE. These products will once again be delivered every month to your door. 
How do I change the Fidelis Nutritionals products I’m currently being sent?
  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Click the name of a product you wish to cancel to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select CANCEL.
  4. Go to the Shopping Page and pick the new products you want, selecting SUBSCRIBE & SAVE.
  5. Proceed to Checkout and select PLACE ORDER. These products will be added to your monthly delivery plan.
How do I edit the credit card linked to my subscription?
  1. Log into your account and go to PAYMENT METHODS.
  2. Select DELETE for the card you wish to edit.
  3. Select ADD PAYMENT METHOD and enter new information about your preferred credit card.
Will I be reminded before my credit card expires?

Yes. You will receive an email notification a month in advance so you can update the information about your card.

How do I change my billing or shipping address?
  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Select EDIT ADDRESS.
  3. Select EDIT to make changes in these forms.
Can you deliver to an address other than the one on my credit card?

Yes. You can enter this information when you set up your account profile.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or other countries?

Sorry, not at this time.

How do I make a return?

Every Fidelis Nutritionals diet, treat and supplement is backed by an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you and your dog aren’t completely happy with one of our products, you’ll receive a complete refund, no questions asked. To return a product, refer to our Return Policy page.
