SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Rates

At Fidelis Nutritionals, we offer free shipping on orders over $49.00. For any order of $49.00 or less, we charge a $12.00 flat rate. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we charge a $25.00 flat rate. Please note that Fidelis Nutritional products cannot be shipped to PO boxes or other countries at this time.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped Ground UPS from our Obetz, Ohio facility, and generally arrive within 3 to 5 days. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. For expedited shipping, please call us at 833-343-1301 or email info@fidelispet.com.

Timing

Orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday – Friday, pending credit card authorization, will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST Monday – Friday will be shipped the next business day.
