Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription, or email info@priority1canine.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded under this policy. Refunds for shipped products are handled under our standard Refund Policy.

There are no cancellation fees.
