My 2 German Shepherds loved this food. I believe the ingredients are of good quality. The price is comparable. Although, I don't think I can afford it with 2 large dogs unfortunately.

Great for a meal topper. Unfortunately, I cannot purchase as everyday meals. It is pricey but quality food. I will purchase again and use as a meal topper.

Love Fidelis Nutritionals Dog food! I have 2 working dogs, their wieght, coat, energy level excellent! I buy this on the fidelis Website . And here on Amazon, when I am in a pinch. On vacation, they have great speedy service!

Our friends turned us onto this amazing product this summer. Our picky 11 year old Golden Doodle had not been eating much and we thought it was age. So we decided to mix it up and the all natural and benefits of this product we felt good switching him to. Broeck loves it and licks his bowl clean.

It's to expensive for very little food But the girls loved it they got into the bag while I was shopping and ate the entire bag

These are the perfect sized treats for my dog. She loves them and will do just about anything to get them.

The amount is smaller than expected, not the dogs seem to like it .

My dogs liked this food, but it's way too expensive to buy them on a full time only feed basis, yes it rehydrates a bit but this'll be done in a few days tbh. It has no bad odor or otherwise and is made of really good ingredients and in the end I kind of used a little of it as a food toper mixed with their regular kibble, especially for my picky eater doggo. If however your the kind of dog owner who likes to spend a small fortune on feed I'd suggest this or maybe save some money and get them prime rib from the store directly :-O).

I thought I was getting a larger bag of dog food, guess I didn't notice it said 8oz. I would have never paid $21 for this ,there's like 2 handfuls in a bag,not worth it

Our puppy loves this food ! He prefers this food over any other food we have fed him. He gets so excited when he sees the bag! We feel great knowing we are feeding him the best nutritional food out there !

Super easy to handle when luring, and dog was all over it for them moment the bag opened. Will continue to buy and use for training and feeding all my dogs.

What I like: It contains healthy beef and fish ingredients. It doesn't contain anything that my dog Jack is allergic to (he's allergic to a lot of things) so both my dogs can enjoy this. It has glucosamine and chondroitin in it, which is nice for my senior pup. It is high quality. Dogs love it. It can be fed dry or soaked to expand. The two pound bag can be soaked to become 10 lbs of food, which is nice. This is an expensive dog food but it is high quality. For my use it works well as a food topper for my little dogs (they weigh 15.8 lbs and 17 lbs). I've been using another expensive brand as a food topper which costs $109 for 72 oz, but it can't be expanded to 10 lbs like this one can so even though it's more volume it's technically more expensive. I like that this one has a lower fat content (20% vs 32% in the other brand I use). Little dogs can be sensitive to fat (they are more prone to pancreatitis) and I already give my dogs beef bones with marrow (marrow is high fat) as an enrichment activity, so I try to avoid putting lot of fat into their food dishes too. The way I'm using it, this bag will last my two pups a long time. If you plan to use it as a topper I highly recommend getting an airtight storage bin (like those kinds with the gamma seal lids) to make sure it stays fresh. I could see myself continuing to order this though I probably would order the smaller size bag just to be sure it stays fresh since I will use it more slowly. This food could get expensive quickly if you were feeding it as a sole food source for a large dog. But people don't realize that feeding cheap food is also expensive. It will be expensive later on when your dog is having health issues. Eventually they all do end up with health issues (as we all do when we age) but feeding high quality foods can help delay that as long as possible (same as for people). When I eat high quality nutritious foods I feel better and when I eat low quality foods I feel lousy. I imagine it's probably the same for our dogs.

I am Using this freeze dried food for training treats. I like to have a variety of treats in my treat pouch to keep training sessions interesting; these seem to be very captivating and motivating. I have not tried rehydrating to feed as an entire meal, but did rehydrate a small amount just to see how it works. You have to let it soak for a while before feeding, and using warm water worked faster.

My husky/Australian shepherd loves this food. I don't recommend rehydrating it unless you have the time. It takes like 15 minutes to rehydrate. My dog likes it either way, so I serve it dry. The ingredients are good and far better than mainstream dry kibble, which is about as nourishing as cereal is for humans. I do believe raw is best, but I don't have the time so this is a good alternative!

We have three big dogs, and we gave them a few pieces as a treat to see if they would eat it. The loved it! We transitioned to adding a scoop to their current dog food, and the finished it without any fuss. We waited until the end of the day to see if any of the dogs had diarrhea from the food change, but everything was fine. We added more of the food the next day, and they are all of it and felt great! All three dogs seem to enjoy this food and eat it without complaining.

I took a star away as this does not hydrate and double the amount of food as it suggest. I added water as it suggest on the packaging to only end up with muddy looking water and the same size but slightly softer morsels of food. The gravy water does make the dogs eat the kibble mixed in appealing to the dogs but you do not get more food because this is concentrated once water is added. So keep in mind that you will be paying a lot for your dogs food if you feed only this to them. This is better mixed with their food they eat now or as a treat.

As much as I like this, it's too costly. If I'm going to spend this much on so little food, I'd prefer to buy all the ingredients and make it myself. It smells "good," whatever that means to you. It's rather soft, easy to break with one hand, even before adding water. I don't know what else to say. I want to be able to afford this. All the ingredients at the top of the list are meat-based. That's important to me. I would like to order from companies who are privately owned and family operated, who care about their dogs. I just cannot feasibly continue to do so. Bottom line: Would I order again? If I could afford it, in a heartbeat.

This is a highly unique and gourmet style dog food! Its rawness is spoiled with freeze dried affection, giving our one-year old canine family member a tantalizingly fresh meal. Trust me, he digs right in, ravaging its delicious delectability. I just look on with glee, loving the fact that it's high in protein and rich in nutritious and appetizing ingredients. The free range beef is his "scarf down mode" flavor of choice, yet you can't go wrong with the chicken either. And the results are astounding, to say the least. He has displayed more agility and stamina in his frolicking about the backyard and at the dog park playing with friends.

My dogs love this food. They also love steak. Far too expensive to feed everyday. Very good ingredients and no offensive smell. I'm blending a very small amount with their normal food.

Finally, freeze dried raw that is made in the USA with free range beef... ingredients and sourcing I can trust! This 32(protein)/20(fat) recipe is perfect for my high-energy GSP. I also love that they have added pre and probiotics, glucosamine and chondroitin, and chia seeds & salmon oil. This brand has really done their homework and the resulting product is in a league of its own. Do your dog a favor and give it a try.
